Eric installed my AC unit about 11 years ago and did a fantastic job. Fast forward to July 2022 and after a power surge, I called Professional Comfort to come out and check the unit. My call was made after 7pm and returned within 10 minutes. I was told Eric would arrive between 11 and 12 the following day. He was on time, just like he was 11 yrs ago. Eric is a very knowledgeable and honest HVAC guy and his wife is a pleasure on the phone and in person. They have saved my family twice and have proven honest and dependable both times. Saved me a lot of money!
