The doc is awesome, but the staff...🤷

I was fitted for new contacts & doc was great! So, I called to purchase the contacts I had tried. The person I talked to had problems finding me in the system & said they'd have to verify with the doc. That was Tuesday. Finally got the confirmation order on Friday. Not the first time they've drug their feet talking to the doc. Front staff is ridiculous.

I posted a bad review because of my last experience here with a hatefully rude employee and an not so caring about pleasing the customer manager. but today ,I called to request my info and the lady that took my call was so nice and helpful and I feel better . the doctor is great as well so I was wrong to judge walmart vision in clanton based on 2 employees because this one sure made me feel valued as a customer just don't go at 9am on weekday. the means ones are there at that time I think

Poor selection. Called ahead to make sure my insurance was accepted and was told the doctor on staff was in my network. When I arrived i was told the same doctor was not in my network. Had to go elsewhere to get glasses because there selection was so poor.
