Walmart Vision & Glasses

Walmart opticians are awesome but I asked the lady to tighten my glasses and you know how you can read the room, people’s expressions and body language say it all lmao 🤣 she didn’t want to tighten them out of fear of breaking them, or either thought otherwise >.>... She took the glasses back there and didn’t do a darn thing. They were just as loose and so I just lied and said they were good 😂 I didn’t want to deal with all that. I’ll just keep pushing my glasses up.

I posted a bad review because of my last experience here with a hatefully rude employee and an not so caring about pleasing the customer manager. but today ,I called to request my info and the lady that took my call was so nice and helpful and I feel better . the doctor is great as well so I was wrong to judge walmart vision in clanton based on 2 employees because this one sure made me feel valued as a customer just don't go at 9am on weekday. the means ones are there at that time I think
