You couldn’t ask for better service and more caring and considerate people than everyone at My Eye Doctor in Clanton. I have had issues with my left eye for several months. It had a film over it and I could barely see anything out of it. The previous Doctor there was the one I saw. I had 2 visits with her to see what the issue was and she said she couldn’t find anything that would cause this problem. So, when it was time for my next visit, upon arriving, I saw there was a new Doctor there, Dr Katie Willis. Well, I decided I would go ahead and see her. Everyone from Brookeanne to Dr. Willis to Samantha were AMAZING! Proficient, accurate, smooth and most importantly friendly!! We have to travel 45 minutes and they make every minute of that worthwhile!!
I had a great experience at my appointment! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Sam was especially helpful and took the time to explain my options. She saved me so much money on my contact lenses, and I really appreciated her kindness and honesty. The whole visit was smooth, and I left feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent customer service and eye care!
