These ladies are amazing. Truly! Dr Laird is a phenomenal optometrist for kids! She talked my fighting 7 year old into drops and was refusing! I brought 7 of my kids and there is a lot of laughs and joy in this place. Thanks y'all

Last year Dr. Laird and I discussed a different method of prescribing contacts for my eyes. This year she was kind and patiently listened to the struggle I was having with my vision. As I anticipated the result of my screening, she had me try on a pair of contacts withholding the numbers from the actual prescription. After looking at the charts and realizing my vision was much better than when I came in I asked what she had done. She then explained her professional opinion of my vision and what my eyes had done over the past year. She was thorough. She did not run through the explanation and leave me confused. The office staff is amazing, always very efficient, ready to meet your needs. But today , there was a new lady at the sign in desk. Well she was cold , short and uncaring, I felt! Come to find out! She is the Dr. But in order to have a complete wonderful amazing visit here at eye dr, it starts at the front door. And had I not know about the amazing people already here,she started my visit off to a bad start!! She put a bad taste in my mouth! So let’s get this Dr some great first greeting of patients skills!!
