Today was my first time visiting this place and I must say the physicians were very nice and made me feel welcomed. Everything was explained to me perfectly and they treated me with compassion. As for the front desk workers at check in, not so friendly and welcoming, upon leaving one of the ladies just stared me in my face without a farewell.

Upon entering from parking deck, Lots of employees standing around talking to each other but not helping/directing patients & when asked for directions employees were very unfriendly. Arrived to Dr. Huang's (dermatology) patient check in & encountered three female employees in a conversation who appeared very upset that two patients interrupted them to check-in. When called back to see the doctor, everyone was very nice, thorough, kind & professional. The facility is a top notch facility but the parking is horrific! I come here quite often for family and friends, parking is always a nightmare! We ride through the parking garage looking for an available space when some drivers take up more than one space, it seems on purpose. We pay for this aggravation just to walk long distances to get to your clinic. Boom, you're blood pressure is elevated!. Fix the parking or don't charge the patients!
