Dana and Jerry were very helpful especially when we were in the parlor for the viewing and a storm rolled in that was so bad we couldn’t have a graveside service. Rose came in and offered the parlor for the service. That worked out well and was beautiful and more personal to me. Everyone said it was a very nice service. I appreciate that. The only reason I gave 4 stars was there was a small issue that has been addressed and corrected to the best of their ability. Thank you Jerry for your compassion
The Director and Assistant Director provide exceptional care and were helpful, compassionate and made a difficult situation move very smoothly without extra stress on the family. Thank you both.
We had prepaid our services years ago. A few days before my husband’s passing I met with Tyler Coots and Dana Love regarding our policy. They reviewed everything with me and assured me everything was in order. We met again a day after my husband’s passing to finalize paperwork. They made a sad situation bearable. They seemed to go out of their way to make me comfortable with all my choices.
