Very professional, caring and helpful staff. Answered all questions and were timely in getting back to us whenever we had questions. You are in very good hands and know things are in good order with them.
The people at Ridouts were very concerned for us after the death of our Mother. They complied with our wishes in all of the arrangements and have contacted us after the funeral to make sure we had resources to help with our grief.
Dana and Jerry were very helpful especially when we were in the parlor for the viewing and a storm rolled in that was so bad we couldn’t have a graveside service. Rose came in and offered the parlor for the service. That worked out well and was beautiful and more personal to me. Everyone said it was a very nice service. I appreciate that. The only reason I gave 4 stars was there was a small issue that has been addressed and corrected to the best of their ability. Thank you Jerry for your compassion
