Jessica Davis at Forest Crest Cemetery is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is an amazing asset to this company. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom's marker was ordered and delivered after having problems getting it ordered. I now have my mom's marker and am very satisfied. Thank You Jessica for all of your hard work and dedication.

My father unexpectedly passed away recently... I can not even begin to explain the grief and heartache we felt as a family. Jessica was such a relief and comfort during this entire process. She walked us through this very sensitive time and helped explain things we didn’t understand. She showed us kindness and understanding. She truly is an amazing asset to this company and my family and I are beyond thankful for her.

I just called to apologize for being irritable with the staff before a funeral at Forest Crest Cemetery a few days ago. I thought something was their responsibility to provide but later found out it was the funeral home's or family's responsibility. The staff at Forest Crest (Terry) never even hinted the service we were insisting upon wasn't their job. They simply pressed on to resolve the matter. They wouldn't have discussed my error with me except I called to apologize. Very impressive.
