I don’t recall ever caring to leave a review for anything in my life, but this one was worth it. Olivia Hardie was an absolute delight to work with on getting my mother’s grave marker. She was so attentive, diligent, and caring. When losing a loved one and dealing with funeral homes, estate lawyers, executors… basically people desensitized by their industry, she has been the exception. She treated me like an actually human being who lost someone important. I am forever grateful for her services. 🙏

Olivia, Ridout’s Family Service Counselor, was incredibly informative, thoughtful, and considerate. She patiently answered all of our many questions and consistently demonstrated the highest level of care and professionalism. Olivia is truly a beacon of light at Ridout’s Forest Hill Cemetery during such a sad and difficult time.

I honestly cannot find the words to express how exceptional Olivia has been throughout this paralyzing experience. Navigating something like this is extremely hard, but she has gone above and beyond—dedicating a vast amount of time, effort, energy, and research over the past few months to support our family’s needs and concerns.

Olivia is the best! She reviewed what I needed to do and helped me select a gorgeous grave marker for my father’s grave. She is extremely helpful and is such an asset to her trade.
