Jim Johnson, funeral director, was knowledgeable, compassionate, and polite in his care of our Mama and family. He was considerate regarding cost and didn’t try to upsell us for anything.I would like to be contacted by the facility manager regarding the reason 4 stars, instead of 5, were awarded by me.

We cannot express enough thanks for the good people at Johns-Rideout's that helped us at a difficult time. From Tam who came to our home and helped us arrange the plans to Keith at the parlor that helped us with the details of my father's funeral - professional, courteous, and kind.

I highly recommend Johns-Ridout for all your funeral needs. Great facility with great people. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jim, who is beyond amazing while working with me through a difficult time. He is a very warm person, whom I will always remember for being helpful, understanding, attentive , compassionate & very professional.
