“I will be eternally grateful to A Pet's Day Out. We're new to Trussville and we finally decided to start looking for a new groomer for our Cocker Spaniel mix. He is an anxious dog and is slow to trust new people. The first place we tried didn't even make an effort, we warned them that he can be fearful of new people and may react if they don't spend a little time with him to make him somewhat comfortable and earn his trust because he will work with you given a little effort. They refused to groom him because they didn't listen, and we will never go back.

The next place I called was A Pet's Day Out. I told them about my dog and asked them if they would be willing to at least give it a try. To say the least, they were MORE than willing. She assured me that she's been grooming for over 30 years and anxious dogs are not a problem. I brought him in and she sat with him and let him get used to her for longer than I could have hopped for. The groom went wonderful and I couldn't be happier.
