First time visit. Could not be any happier with my experience. Dr. Shay took the time to get to know me and my dog. Wonderful and compassionate people. The facilities are great.

This place is the best. I've been taking my special needs dog to them for almost 2 years now and they couldn't be more helpful and considerate. The veterinary care is exceptional. The last time I went to pick up medicine the vet hadn't seen my pup in almost a year. She came by the room we were in to take a quick look at him and say hello. She didn't have to do that. Haven't used the resort yet, but my friends love it. Can't say anything but good things about the entire staff.

We are Ride or Die with Dr. Ezell, but Bham Animal Hospital +Resort is excellent! Everone is very caring and engaging with ourcat, Majel Barrett, and they are extremely patient as we show them 900 photos of her just being a cat. Super professional and really take time with you. Shout out to Olivia and Brandon who are great techs. Bonus: they are very prompt w email appt. requests and questions!
