guy was smoking a cig outside and didn't wash his hands after he came in to do my nails. I had to wash my hands like 5 times at home to get rid of the smell. He cut and shaped them incredibly poorly. i could have done a better job myselfService: Manicure

I've given this place the benefit of the doubt and come in twice now but both times were not a great experience. The place itself is not very clean or appealing. They have very minimal polish color options. And they're very, very slow. I did tell one nail tech that I was in a rush and she was accommodating. This place has potential there are just better options in the area.

Looks like many people have had a bad time here. My mother-in-law and I popped in on a Sunday morning and there was barely anyone in there so they got to us immediately. The woman who did my mother-in-law's pedicure had her laughing the whole time, and my manicurist was really pleasant as well. Honestly this is the best manicure I've had in a while, and as far as the price goes, maybe things are more expensive where I live in New Orleans but I found this perfectly reasonable. Maybe they have improved the quality of their work recently. No complaints.
