My eye doctor knew about this place because she worked there during school if I remember correctly and had a lot of great things to say about them so she referred me here because of my Keratoconus issues which had gotten so bad I was having trouble driving which scared me because I’m a busy man and need to be able to drive! I struggled at work being able to see because I work with some pretty intricate things and it was to the point where it was noticeable to others. My first appointment with dry eye center was bittersweet, everyone there is so nice and helpful and I don’t think I sat in the waiting room longer than maybe two minutes. The woman that assisted me getting the scleral lenses in had her work cut out for her because I made it more difficult than it should have been lol but she was so nice and patient with me which I greatly appreciated. The second we got them in it was as if I had forgotten that objects have edges and trees had leaves! I could immediately notice a difference a dramatic difference! It sucks because you do not get to take those home you have to wait for your set to come in so leaving after trying them sucks lol I felt even more blind on my trip back home but I was hopeful and happy. It didn’t take long at all to receive a call that my new lenses were ready. Maybe two three days and they were in! So I was able to get them within a week! The doctor is very nice and patient and knows what he is doing. The ladies up front are very helpful and kind and get things done quickly. I am not finished with my appointments yet but am already a very satisfied patient and would recommend this place to anyone! I can finally see my kids faces when they are playing sports or are on stage at the school, which to me is worth every second or dollar I spent in that place. I can’t thank them all enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was at work and got a call from my sons daycare that a child had scratched his eye pretty bad and couldn't keep his eye open. I called immediately here and they were so accommodating and were able to work him in! Once we got to the office they quickly worked us in! Dr. Mckelvey, and her staff were very patient with Grayson! As we all know kids are wild cards, sometimes they are cooperative and sometimes they aren’t! They were so patient with Grayson, he was cranky and needed a nap but everyone was so kind to help me and to get him out of pain! I’m very thankful for the great service they continue to provide for my family and will come highly recommended for anyone looking for a optometrist!
Dr. Franklin and the Dry Eye Center staff are helpful in making sure all my family’s vision needs are taken care of. The best in the business!
