I have been trying to get ANYONE to talk to me for a year and no one will answer the phone. They do not return phone calls or email messages. My granddaughter's doctor sent a referral 6 months ago and they never called. Very sad. My granddaughter asks me everyday why they don't care and won't call back.

Was here for a procedure for our one year old toddler and it couldn't have been more frustrating.Normal things you think one should be able to expect from a well established medical facility...1. Knowing your child's gender...after having stacks of paper work that show what his gender is, no one can get it right...I understand if its another establishment, but a doctors office that has seen him multiple times and specializes in the human body...I shouldn't have to correct 5 different people about this in a 10 minute period of time2. "Show up at 6:30, it'll be a 10-15 minute procedure and you'll be on your way, super fast"....still waiting on a doctor 2 hours later...and by the way your toddler can't eat or drink anything since yesterday3. As a parent, I expect to be briefed on the procedure, what to expect, what they will be doing with him...but no, not one explanation of what the procedure entails from anyone...the doctor pops in says a measly hey then leaves with no info...Nurse come in a takes him and also explains nothing...Very disappointing
