Bonham plumbing is one of the worst plumbing companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a new home and this company installed all the plumbing and serviced the warranty for the first year. One of my toilets was always clogged, called them several times and they never found the problem. Right after the one year warranty expired I had a total sewage blockage. My bathroom flooded, master BR and walk in closet all flooded with sewage. We needed backflow testing and reported to BWW and this company charged us 4 times the going rate. What should have cost $50 ( verified with competitors that this was the going rate and it’s what I have paid the last 3 years) was charged $200…Called to ask for clarification as to why this invoice was labeled “extra on backflow” and was told there was no issue or problems. Tried to get them to make it right but to no avail…Buyer beware! This company will rip you off!

We asked Bonham to give us an estimate to replace our hot water heater because it was leaking. They came out the next day and offered a detailed estimate with a good price. They came and replaced it the next day on time. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would use Bonham in the future for our plumbing needs.
