This is my first time renting a property. Birmingham Home Leasing was superb to work with. I personally had Steven Dean. He was quick to answer every single question I had along the way. Every time I spoke with him either via email or phone, I got the answer and help I needed. I was very nervous about the process, but every single step of the way was made easy by Steven and his team. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience that I had and how comfortable I am with this company knowing that I will be taken care of if/when anything were to pop up. Exceptional company, 5+ stars.

Larry, Phyllis and Steven were a pleasure to work with. From the initial application process to living in the property for 2 years I can honestly say I really hate to move out. If I didn’t have to relocate with my job I would have stayed another year. Birmingham Home Leasing was definitely a pleasure to work with!!!
