Allison was amazing, very quick to respond to emails and went above and beyond in every circumstance, any problems I encountered were technical and due to a time crunch that was 100% on my end.
I didn't have heat so I called the property manager at freedom ventures to have a maintenance request sent in.
They were extremely prompt at answering and sending someone out.
The first time they came the heat came on for a few hours and went out, cold.
I called the next morning and they sent them out again.
The two gentlemen they sent out were amazing. They worked hard and didn't stop until the job was done, even though it lasted two hours almost.
Long story short, much better property management and quick on their feet.
