The staff, such as Elton, Jarvis, Derek, and Antavious, have been praised for their professionalism, promptness, and courtesy. Elton was able to fix windows properly, while Jarvis and Derek quickly repaired a floor and replaced a water heater. Antavious was commended for repairing a mailbox and resolving an issue with window locks, all while being considerate of the clients' schedules.
Suzzie is definitely the best and most professional. She checks in and is definitely willing to keep you to update regarding rental properties. She definitely is a great asset to Atlas.
Suzzie was wonderful with helping my very busy brother who’s a truck driver find a new home for him and the kiddos. He said she was on it! Always in contact made the whole process simple and walked him through it while he was working on the road. This is exceptional, with his being a trucker he could only communicate in between stops and he was never worried about it at all because Suzzie was on the job 100%. She was prompt answered and returned phone calls and guided him through the whole process. I’m so grateful Atlas has Suzzie!
