Alabama Cooling & Heating have come to my rescue yet again! My A/C quit. I called to let them know and they were out the next day. [They might have come the same day I called, but I wasn't going to be home all day, so I asked for the next day or two.] Anyway, the A/C was tended to and working and I am so happy! I had prepaid for service twice a year, so they just counted it all as part of the service. Everyone whom I have had contact with from this company are so friendly and helpful.
Technician was very knowledgeable, he was on time and reliable. I’m amazed at how fast he diagnosed the problem with ac unit and he even came with temporary fix for the main issue. Would highly recommend!
