From the moment I walked into Bessemer Family Eye Care Center, I felt welcomed! Even though it was my very first visit, Dr. Morgan and her entire staff made me feel like family. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my experience a great one.
I especially appreciated how they took the time to talk with me, smile, and help me choose my glasses. I was incredibly indecisive (it took me about 45 minutes!), but they were so patient and each person gave their honest opinion, which made the decision so much easier. This place is just incredible, Dr. Morgan is phenomenal and the ladies that work there are transparent and offer help and support where needed. This will be the only place I go to from now on.
