The staff! I cannot express how polite and kind and patient everyone was! I was moving so slow that morning, I had questions, and they even helped me find my insurance card! The office is very clean, as well as the restrooms. The doctor is so sweet and will talk you through any questions about anything you don't understand 10/10 for this whole place!
I came in for a scheduled online appointment, and the convenience of booking online was amazing. I walked into the store and was seen almost immediately. Mr. Morrisse was very well-informed and knowledgeable. He even explained that the size of my last pair was not the correct fit and gave me helpful recommendations on what size I should order moving forward.
The icing on the cake was Janiah B, she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The customer service from both of them made the entire experience outstanding. Once you make your appointment, ask for those two… lol!
