Once again, Spencer Heating & Air resolved our A/C issue quickly, professionally and at a reasonable rate. I called on Friday afternoon and within 90 minutes a professional technician was on site. Issue was diagnosed, required part was on the truck, said part was installed, and we were back up and running within one hour. A+.

We came home from dinner the other night to find our system was shut down. When we called Spencer the next morning, they said someone would be out soon. We got a call when the technician was on the way! Brad was the best! He talked me through what he thought the problem might be even before he looked at it. And what do you know? He was right! He took his time to clean out our drain-line and told me what to look for if it were to happen again. When I complemented the business when talking to him, he even said that he would never work anywhere else. Great service. Great people.

Excellent service from the beginning to end. Our AC stopped blowing cold air at night. I called David around 7 am next day. Brad was at our home by 8:15 or so and he detected the issue just by touching the capacitor. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Brad was also super kind and respectful to my dad who is a mechanical engineer and asked him questions. My dad was super impressed by Brad’s expertise. He also checked the attic to make sure there is no leak etc. Everything was done within 20 minutes. I am so thankful to Spencer HVAC and Brad for taking care of this problem so promptly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough.
