I can’t say enough positive things about my Keller Williams Agent Ingrid Gamboa! I was an out of town buyer new to the Auburn market. Ingrid absolutely exceeded my expectations! She understood the market and the neighborhoods, providing me with detailed information. Very flexible showing me properties and worked very hard closing on the house we purchased. She was phenomenal in negotiating a fantastic deal and relentless in ensuring the buyers completed the required repairs. A month and a half after closing, she is still very engaged with the property as I live 3 hours away. Highly Highly Recommend!
