Stylist brought customer to her chair, and proceeded to go to back and was heard laughing on her phone for 10 minutes. She did this multiple times between customers. This all the while 6 more customers were waiting multiple hours in the front! Slowest cut in town.

Great place to get a haircut if you don’t mind waiting anywhere from 2-3 hours! Unfortunately, I cannot wait that long. Will return if they start scheduling appointments.

My husband went in for haircut. Was there almost 3 hours. The haircut was good but definitely not your usual barber shop experience with quick in & out service. There were only 2 stylists there - not sure if that was the norm or not.

Wait times are horribly long with no way to make an appointment. Waiting area is congested and TVs are almost too small to even see. I had been recommended to come here and was told I may wait a while, but I was not warned that it would be a wait of over an hour and a half. The quality of the haircut was not great either. And was definitely not worth the long wait.

Had 5 customers waiting in line. Only 2 people cutting hair. Girl decides to take a 30 minute break. Just on her phone sitting around while we are all waiting to get a haircut. If they don’t value customers time why even go. No lie I timed her. And I left and she still hadn’t called anyone back. This is my second time. Was okay first. Terrible this time. Unrecoverable.
