Wade fixed the issue that I was having with the toilet, great job and he was a wonderful young man while working. I will call Hobbs any time when I have plumbing problems from now on. I give them 5 stars!!!
Great company. Had a front hose bibb with a broken backflow preventer. Gentleman from Hobbs came out and noticed the bibb wasn't secured well to the brick (thanks home builder). He didn't try to upsell or push anything but let me to know my options.
Decided on a bibb replacement and a proper method to secure it to the brick. Done quickly and it looks great.Now I have a bibb secured and will last a long time.
To sum up today’s experience, this has been the best quality of service with a “solid wow, call this number right away, and don’t think twice!!!” The Hobbs Plumbing, LLC has it together from being efficient, professional, and cleaning up each area in the home after the three major installations. Brittany scheduled the plumbing appointment right away after the busy 4th of July weekend. She is an amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable team member for this company. Then Bryan came out the same day to assess the projects to give us an estimate.
