Just moved to town and needed a haircut. This salon exceeded my expectations! My hair is tricky to cut, but my stylist did an amazing job. My girlfriend hasn’t stopped complimenting it. Highly recommend!

Great experience, this was my second time here. We had a slight miscommunication the 1st time, but she understood the assignment and she executed perfectly the 2nd time. She cares a lot about customer satisfaction and she did a great job. Will be coming back.

(Men’s haircut) Got a lot of hair cut off and was out before 30 minutes had passed. She did a great job layering and gave me exactly what I wanted based on the reference photos I showed her. I’ll definitely be having Hannah cut my hair for as long as I’m in Auburn!
She also saw me on short notice without an appointment, and the prices were very reasonable for a haircut.

In Korea, I always got my hair cut with a two-block haircut, but after coming to Georgia and visiting three or four places in Atlanta, I was unsatisfied with some things, so I was introduced to this place. However, when I first tried my hair in the style I always do, I was very satisfied with it because they gave me a style that I was familiar with in Korea. I was very satisfied with the men's haircut! thank you!!!!

One of the worst hair experiences I’ve had. She overcharged me for a trim, I asked for just a straight line across the back, not even 1/2 an inch off. I asked her not to touch my bangs or the front layers of my hair because I was trying to get my hair all to one length. First red flag was after she rinsed my hair, she tried to comb through it with a fine tooth comb from the roots, and then yanked down to the end, snapping my hairs in the process. I then asked her to stop and see if I could brush out my own hair with a paddle brush. After I brushed out my own hair, because she didn’t know how apparently, she proceeds to start cutting the back…. With a straight razor!!! I thought maybe she knows what she’s doing, so I didn’t say anything. She then moves to the front of my hair, and before I can say no she grabs a chunk of my hair and uses a straight razor to create a ton of layers!!! THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF WHAT I WANTED . I was so upset, I just paid and left before I burst into tears. I came back and politely asked for my money back, which I have never done before for a service like this. And she was benign incredibly rude and not having it. The total was 50 with a 5$ tip, and she finally agreed to give me back 15. Then said there was a 2$ card fee??? So 13, and she gave it to me in cash. Just please do not go here, if you value your hair. Additionally, she also made the front of my hair super uneven. This is actually the first bad review I’ve ever left in my life, but it’s deserved. I added my before and after photos….

I have been exclusively visiting this salon during my four years in Auburn. She always recommends the perfect style for me and makes outstanding results. As I graduated and leave Auburn, I am truly sad that I won't be able to experience this service anymore. If I ever get the chance, I will definitely return.
