I came in around 3:40pm on a day the shop closed at 5pm. I was worried they wouldn't be pleased I showed up so late in the day without an appointment. My stylist, Wanda, was very pleasant and got me back right away. She listened to what I wanted, even though I wasn't super sure what would best suit my hair. I just knew my hair looked damaged and it had been ages since I got a haircut. I left with my damaged ends cut, but my length was still preserved as I didn't want to go short. She gave me bangs like I asked, and was careful to make sure I was comfortable with the length.
