He completed a general home inspection for the home that we are in the process of buying and he did a very thorough job. He then expedited the report in my case due to contractual deadlines and that just set the bar even higher for him. On top of that, the report is very thorough itself and is easy to understand on the clients end. Brad is very professional but shows compassion towards his clients.
