Went there to get a TB Skin Test. This was through National Workforce Screening. When I showed up they said they did not have the supplies to perform a TB Skin Test, which I can understand. What they offered me was to have a TB X-Ray Test. That is the worst thing they could have offered. Not only would it have exposed me to unnecessary radiation but only aids in the diagnosis of pulmonary TB. The CDC recommends the skin test or a blood test. They obviously do not know what they are doing at this facility. I would not recommend.

This was once a good facility with a good Doctor. Today no doctor is on board only Nurse P. At front office they took several people ahead my appointment sign in and they looked directly at me each time they called another person ahead of me. I reported to the Receptionist said she was aware of problem and would correct it. Finally saw NP and she said a prescription would be called in. I was told when I left it was taken care of. Walgreen's In Opelika (where is should be called in never received it). Walgreen's in Auburn did not have it. It was a total waste of expensive time. When I called Urgent Care trying to get the prescription sent over they did not answer. This was a very inept place. Go somewhere else and not waste your time.the

They say they are open in Auburn when they are not. Been going there 30 years. They say you're due for visit for blood tests before they renew your prescription and do no tests and charges 200 dollars.

This place is horrendous! This is from someone who never writes reviews. We are 4 hours away and can’t make it down because of the ice storm in N AL. Our son went in with symptoms of the flu and all they did was covid test him. They didn’t even strep test with him having a severe sore throat. He waited well over an hour with only 1 person in front of him. Do not let your children at Auburn go to this place. it’s a complete joke!

My son was here for 2 hours and all they did was test him for COVID which was negative. He Had obvious signs of strep but they did not test him. He also should have been tested for the flu but they said they were out of flu tests. What a complete waste of time! And we still don’t know what’s wrong with him. He could have tested himself for COVID.

I'd been here before back in 2018 when I caught the flu, and I went here again today after being sure I'd caught Influenza A while at work. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and helpful. I was seen after virtually no wait, and I was in and out in less than an hour! My flu and COVID tests resulted in 15 minutes. The NP was very professional and efficient and listened to me. They provided a work excuse w/out me asking for it. My prescription was electronically-scribed to my pharmacy w/out a hitch. Everyone here was so kind and quick. This was the perfect experience at an Urgent Care. Thank you all!

I’ve been to Auburn urgent care multiple times and have never been super impressed, but they originally could get the job done in the end. The last time I went I had bad body aches, fever, chills, a migraine, bad congestion, and a very sore throat. I had to wait about 2 hours to finally see the doctor, and despite all my symptoms he didn’t run a single covid, flu, or strep test, and just gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way with a prescription to pick up. This “prescription” was just Claritin. I have definitely gotten worse since I have been there and am not sure if I will return to this urgent care center.
