This is the second home John has built for us, and we couldn't be happier! John, Kayla, and Noel are all top-notch people and we consider them to be more than our builders now - they are friends. They show care, thoughtfulness, and integrity in everything they do. When we met a bump in the road, which always happens with every build, they handled it with professionalism and took care of the issue. I reached out to several local custom home builders 2 years before we decided to build. John Martin was the only one that was responsive and followed through with answering all of our questions before we even signed a contract. Once we broke ground, Kayla & Noel navigated the process for us. They were communicative and thorough by keeping us informed from start to finish. We never once felt abandoned throughout the process.
