“My manicure and pedicure treatments were great; however, I paid to have matching colors, and the dip color wasn’t even close to the paint on my toes. That was a lot of money for colors that don’t complement one another. I mentioned that the colors looked different to the lady while she was working on my nails, but she said the numbers matched. She thought that it would work after all the dip steps were completed. The numbers on the jar did match, but the labels were definitely off. I’m disappointed that no one offered to fix the situation or offer a discount. I think they do a good job at Nail Boutique, but I’m not happy about the opposing nail colors.“

I didn't know if anyone would have time for an appointment or not at the time, for random Saturday- Walk -in (me) but was hoping so because I just took 8 inches off the length at home, and then immediately butchered the heck out of my bangs, prior to coming in.. and have to be at work soon. ?
