What type of medical clinic denies a patient care because “they have to much going on” anxiety & depression? A 50 plus year old woman who’s never done drugs & don’t drink but can’t get mental health she needs from a place she was well established and stopped going there 2 years ago. Let adults & teenagers walk in take a question air & get Adderall. Next thing you know half of the patients here take Adderall & now are Adderall junkies because providers have you answer questions that can be looked up online. I have been using CARES as my primary for years. I LOVE it. Is there a long wait? Yes, sometimes. But I have had to wait at almost every medical office that is not a specialist. I just remember that they are doing what they can, and I refuse to be a 'karen', even if I am feeling ill. The staff is friendly and helpful, which is surprising considering what they have to deal with daily. Seeing a NP is wonderful. I love how no nonsense they all are. They are not there to coddle and pity, they get you treated and get you out. I am so glad I chose them years ago.

This office continues to demonstrate consistently unacceptable wait times. I have now been here for nearly two hours and still have four patients ahead of me. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident—it is a recurring issue every time I visit.

While I understand that staffing challenges can occur, ongoing delays at this level point to a failure in management, scheduling, and resource planning. Patients should not be expected to set aside an entire morning or afternoon for an appointment that takes only a few minutes.
