The service provided by Elite was superb. With business taxes due and extensions needed, the Elite Team made themselves available and processed the extension with very short notice. The professional and understanding of the tax requirements on the state and federal level is unmatched. I called Carmen on a Friday afternoon two hours before her closing. Carmen explained her process, walked me through using her website and completed my return in about 4 hours. Did I mention it was the night before the filing deadline?!!! She’s amazing!!
