**UPDATE** My previous post below was from TWO YEARS AGO! That is how long my results almost lasted from these great and talented people! Once again, they immediately made me feel completely at ease and right at home. Both Colleen and Dr. Cotter take their time with you and make sure that you are getting what you want. They are not racing to the next patient, like most doctors today. If you want to FEEL, LOOK, AND be treated like a PRINCESS, then this is the place to go!
Absolutely WONDERFUL people to work with! You IMMEDIATELY feel like family! Dr. Cotter and Colleen take their time with you and make sure you are educated in everything that they are doing and you walk out feeling like a new you!!

I called and left a voicemail to get Botox, but no one called me back. I ended up going to my ENT for sinus issues and scheduling Botox with them instead. Shame on Cotter folks for not following up with a consult! I left them a voicemail and text message.

I made an appointment here about two weeks in advance online. The appointment was supposed to be yesterday. I went to the office, and no one was there. I could literally hear the phone ringing inside when I called. At first, I thought maybe the location was possibly wrong, and it’s very recently changed. I’ve already filled out the paperwork for the chart and everything. The weather was bad yesterday, not too terribly, but I checked every source of information they provide for their practice before I came. Nothing was posted. No phone call to say they’re going to be closed or anything. I drove an hour in not great weather and arranged my schedule in advance to come here. Such a waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I could’ve gone somewhere else by now or at least be much closer to the date of another appointment elsewhere. I was going to wait to leave a review until today to see if they could possibly work me in after the mishap. If that was possible, great. However, I left a voicemail, and no one has gotten back with me at all. They’re currently supposed to be open and opened about an hour and a half ago, not answering phone calls. Is this place even open anymore or just some elaborate plot to steal people’s info (lol jk I certainly hope not ?)? There’s a sketchy and somewhat outdated website for booking and charting, no actual working website for the practice that provides decent info and recent updates, and a Facebook page that hasn’t been updated in almost two years. At this point, I’m not going there unless this place is somehow actually open and calls me back very soon, and there’s a valid excuse for it that they’re willing to fix. At this point, I’m doubtful. It’s very odd and not looking good if this is a reflection of their care. Are some of these reviews fake? How are people even managing to get anything done here?

The Cotters are such incredible people! They are patient, answer all of my questions, respect what I want and don’t want, and much more. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are so kind and caring. I’ve known them for many years and appreciate their continued help but also cherish the friendship!
