I have suffered with pain for years. Muscular pain and nerve pain as well. Fibromyalgia, fused back, arthritis . I have dealt joint issues for as long as I can remember . Tight, tense sore muscles . I wanted a neuromuscular massage. Have had other massages but not like this one. I could feel the muscles release. It was not painful. Bob Blake spent two hours with me. He explained everything he was going to do. He wanted to know my concerns and other interventions I had tried. He took time to listen. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back…
After scooching up in my chair from slouching, I heard a pop in my back and instant discomfort. The next day I was literally crippled, I could barely get up out of a chair. My young kids had heard me cry for the first time. I went to two weeks of chiropractic appointments with very little improvement. When I say I was desperate, I mean I was desperate, I was in so much pain that I would lay awake at night trying to get comfortable and wondering if I'd ever have my life back. Highly recommend for anyone experiencing joint/muscular pain, decreased range of motion, etc!! Amazing bodywork for people who go hard in the gym/train hard. Bob is so kind and extremely knowledgeable. Different than any other massage I’ve had in the best way!!
