I am following up with feedback regarding our hardscape/landscape project.
First, we love the steps up the hill. We get a lot of compliments, mostly from people who deliver stuff to our house. They appreciate the steps a lot more than walking up the hill. I'm also pleased with the flower beds, except I feel some plants were uprooted and not replanted properly after the attempt to fix the irrigation system.

I hired Randy 3 different times over the last 9 yrs and I cannot say enough good things about the results. The stonework is exceptional and after 9 yrs it still looks great with no issues! I had him do a stone retaining wall (leveled the back yard for the patio), stone patio, entire yard re-landscaped (adding soil, weed barrier, mulch in the front and granite stone mulch in the back), wood fence w/gate, arborvitae living fence, huge stone boulders, rock edging, stone pathway, water drainage, etc. He has also completed multiple work in my sub-division for neighbors (including re-sod, landscaping, arbors over patios, etc.) all with beautiful results.
