I had a great experience with Mike and wanted to share. From the start, he was incredibly prompt and responsive, which immediately put me at ease during a stressful situation with a drainage issue in my basement. What really stood out to me was his honesty and integrity. It’s rare to find someone who is just as willing to recommend a more conservative, cost-effective approach as they are to offer a paid solution.
