As an out of State landlord needing to sell a property, Jesse and Rachel went above and beyond in taking care of every detail from determining market value, handling marketing, negotiating and renegotiating contracts, working with my tenant who needed to move, problem solving, and making sure every detail was accomplished in the most timely and professional manner.
