We are beyond impressed with Kelly and his crew! My family was without running water for 4 months from the cold snap that happened in December, which broke the water line that goes from our well to our house so we’ve been having to haul water this whole time and it's been rough (especially with kids, a 2 year old and a 4 year old) to say the least 😅
On Easter Sunday we learned that our septic froze so I called Residential Plumbing and Heating and they came out, thawed it, AND got our water back running again, all in one day!!

Kelly and his team have helped keep my older furnace up and running for-many years and he has been our personal repairman for the last 30years. His team replaced two water heaters, and fixed a plumbing leak from an upstairs shower. Reliable, courteous, professional, and busy. I always know when i call Connie will answer and get me on the schedule somewhere. Recently, Kelly had to fix the furnace again, and with temps at -20 we were grateful he showed up same day. Thank you “ Kelly” for walking me thru a stressful situation over the phone, during this blizzard. Kelly patiently took the time to explain, super knowledgeable, about the issue and went way above and beyond! Talk about community oriented! He even told me the history of plumbers and why they had wrench turning arms! ?? Thank you again as all is good!
