We’ve been dealing with a crappy water heater since we moved in and I’ve been fighting with the home warranty HSA company.
The first service call Meadow Lakes Supply Co. Plumbing and Heating LLC. came out and put in for a replacement. Which HSA first approved and then changed their mind for a second opinion. The second company comes and the guy who comes out reiterates the same thing Meadow Lakes did but then my claim was denied. When I called back the plumber acted like he couldn’t remember me from a week prior. I could only get them to communicate via text and they stated it was a water quality problem…
Our garage heater fan motor was going out. Called our warranty company and this company was assigned to us. They dispatched Brian to inspect it and he did confirm the fan motor was going out. They got the authorization from the warranty company and 2 days later Brian was back at the house and fixed it. Heater is running great, Brian was beyond professional and respectful while here. Would recommend the company and Brian to anyone. Thanks.

I have called this company and I always get my answers I need. One visit was Saturday night 12 midnight and Mike was leaving Sunday morning for East coast. He fixed it all. If you need it done correctly they are you company.
