Such friendly customer service. My laptop was fixed the same day, it was not a major issue but Kendall fixed it within a couple of hours. If I have any other issue this is the first place I will be stopping by. The prices he quoted me when we brought my laptop by were VERY reasonable, even though he didn't charge me anything the prices he quoted me was the reason I left my laptop with him in the first place.
I recently developed home network and computer issues related to a faulty neutral wire on the utility side of the meter. It resulted in having to replace the router, several plug strips and other equipment. It also caused problems with the televisions having a irritating background noise, frequent freezing and interruptions requiring rebooting of the Roku box. Replacing the Roku did not resolve the problem. At the recommendation of MTA, I called Comtronics who came over and inspected the network wiring and hardware. They were unable to repair the issues but did recommend some possible solutions none of which worked. After another 2 weeks, That's after charging $160.00! I called Computer Medics who came over and looked at it and found the problem rather quickly and was able to repair it without having to spend any money on new hardware. He looked at the exactly the same things his competitor looked at! He was also able to fix some of my computer problems at the same time and changed me less than his competitor to fix both problems. I highly recommend Computer Medics to repair any computer or network problems or install any new or ungraded system. He's friendly, intelligent and very professional and charges a fair price for all his work.
Super helpful and insightful, everything is explained so you’re aware of what the issues were and if there are reoccurring issues they will make sure you are accommodated. Can’t recommend enough!!
