I been dealing with this garage door constantly reversing all winter. Stressed out of my mind called Door tech and spoke to Ian. He was very polite and respectful. He walked me through a 15 minute fix. Everyone in Anchorage was booked and wouldn’t take the time out of their day to even help let alone ask what the problem was.
