The technician who came out was very respectful and clearly knowledgeable. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which made the whole experience even better. As a new homeowner, I was pretty nervous about my HVAC system, but Kyle and Amy have been absolute lifesavers. They took the time to explain how everything works, helped with transferring the warranty over to me and made sure I felt comfortable with the maintenance. It’s rare to find people who are this helpful, professional and patient. I can’t recommend them enough!

If I could sell my soul to James, I would. He has saved my family for the past week. With the wind storms, our furnace has had problem after problem. I reached out on a public Facebook forum asking for a business to reach out to, and James with Bowker was recommended specifically. He has been so patient with me, especially with me knowing absolutely nothing. He walked me through how to troubleshoot, reset, and what parts were needed to replace what was broken. He met up with my husband on a weekend to buy the parts and gave him advice on how to install the parts, and told him to call if he had any questions. I’ll be calling Bowker and James forever. ??
