We had a very positive experience at Alaska Eye Care Center in Wasilla. The entire team was professional and efficient, but I have to give a special shout-out to Theresa, the General Manager.
My uncle was very difficult during the visit, and Theresa handled the situation with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. She never made us feel embarrassed or rushed — instead, she stayed calm, compassionate, and focused on making sure we received the care we needed. Her level of understanding and grace under pressure was truly exceptional and went far above what anyone would expect.

It is not often that I can say that I enjoyed my eye appointment but Dr Falconer was so thorough and interesting as he explained my eye condition so well and was helpful in his recommendations. The staff were fun as we picked out my eye glasses together, they were great!
As a 100% disabled vet they took care of me with kindness and attentiveness my wife had not come with me and I had asked one of the female employees to help me pick out my frames for my new glasses and she helped and was kind about it fantastic service
