Larry's helped me save my home. A very simple part of my boiler had failed and I had it removed and ready to replace it, every other company in town either didn't have it or refused to sell it without an expensive service call when they could get to it (All American). Meanwhile my house was quickly cooling to a point of freezing. Larry's had the part and was able to sell it to me within the hour. I recognize they're not a parts retailer, but they were willing and able to help a community member when needed, very much appreciate it.
My 80+ year-old mother-in-law, a life-long Juneau resident, suddenly lost heat throughout her house mid-October (2022) right as temperatures plunged. Larry's crew got right to work on what proved to be a pretty nasty situation, involving tight crawl spaces, a buried tank and unexpected cement. We live in Fairbanks, Larry kept me apprised throughout, as his crew got the job done ASAP. A lifesaver as far as my wife and I are concerned.
Sooooo VERY appreciative of Larry's. Replaced my water heater very quickly and properly. Turned out it was a lemon. Larry's had to come out to replace the bad parts. It works great now. Dalton and the Administrator were stellar! Tell your friends, they ARE the best..That was last year.This year I had a leaking Fawcett that was very complicated to remove. Once again, Larry’s came to the rescue. The Plumber was of good nature, did an immediate assessment, replaced it quickly and was perfectly done. There just any other Company in town to call. Thank you again, for another “Stellar” job!❤️
