They don’t have a lot of options is the only Ulta in town but in general they are friendly and they ask you if you need help. They don’t have the wax through benefit cosmetics anymore.

I had a particularly great experience today at Ulta. I am a long time, consistent customer and I have never had anything negative to report. But today was exceptionally fantastic. It was relaxed, the store was clean, well stocked, they had some new products in, the associates were helpful when needed but not invasive, and there were some excellent sales. During checkout I had a question about some of the sales pricing and I found Jaelyn and her manager, Michelle to be helpful, kind, professional, and flexible. It was a great interaction and I walked happy. Thank you both again so much for your excellent customer service. My warmest regards, Jeny

I like the variety of products Ulta has, but the customer service needs some work. When I entered the store, three associates were at the counter (no customers), and usually an associate greets the customer. Didn't happen, but I figured they were in a meeting. I wandered around the store for 10 minutes, and there was no offer of assistance. I walked by three associates in the store who were chatting with each other (maybe they were in a meeting) and no one acknowledged or asked if I needed help.
