Our home is located in an area with thawing permafrost and water management is especially important to us. When Terry came out to the house to appraise things and draw up a quote, He listened ! And worked with us to arrive at a gutter plan that would function with our steep shake roof, proximity of trees, snow avalanches and other concerns.

During the installation day he and his crew worked with a comfortable efficiency and directness. It was a pleasure to meet them all.

Terry's promise to come back and address any problems until the gutters work without a hitch is a notable plus.

Terry and TOTL Gutters might be the last of a dying breed of companies. The kind that takes care of people because it's the right thing to do and not because they can work an angle to nickel and dime you. Outstanding quality of work, professionalism and a genuine care for his customers that will blow your mind. I'll never go through anybody else, I'd rate 6 stars if I could.

Can't say enough good things about Terry and his crew. I had a small repair job that was handled so quickly and so well it sort of blew my mind - all while paying a reasonable price! You can't go wrong enlisting this business for your gutter project.
