As I am cleaning my house, and looking at the paint that Taylored restoration did. I wouldn’t ever go back to them again. They left stickers on the walls and painted over it, I’m noticing missed spots all over my house… never again

We called them when we came back to Alaska to find water damage from a failed city water line. Sadly they were too busy to ever call us back so we went with another company who came right out within an hour of receiving the call.

I wish I could be more positive, but this was not a nice experience. I am glad that it is over. My kitchen is beautiful and they put it together well when they showed up. It was supposed to be 2 weeks and was over 5 weeks because their people didn't show up. And as any project is we ran into road bumps and that extended it a day or two. Thank you Taylored restoration. The worst thing was the communication was not happening. I waited numerous times and was late to work because they were 30 minutes to an hour and a half late and didn't call to let me know. Once I addressed this with Matt Benson, it got a LOT better. 5 years ago they were extraordinary, new people... read full review
