SunDog is a great community! I’ve been a member at SunDog for about 2 years now and I really appreciate the number of classes that are offered throughout the day and the variety that the workouts provide.

I have been going to Sundog CrossFit for over 12 years and really enjoy the friendly community and the top-notch coaching. For anyone on the fence about CrossFit, all I can say is that the only thing you have to do every day is to show up to class. The coaches and the programming take care of the rest—just bring your effort for the day and have fun! Sure beats going to the gym by yourself and wondering how to best spend your time.

Sundog is an amazing place - beautiful clean, big, well- stocked gym, fantastic coaches, and best of all great people to workout with. So welcoming and fun! You should come by and try it - I can't recommend it highly enough!
