Dropped in for the first time last week. First time trying CrossFit - it was difficult but the instructor met me where I was at. Excited to go back again! Gym is nicely laid out, other participants were friendly and welcoming.
I was visiting Fairbanks to try and see the aurora borealis and wanted to keep up with my fitness during the Open. SunDog was easy to find, has a nice space and good equipment, and the people were happy to have me drop in - easy registration and good coaching.
I have been going to Sundog for about 2 years. It has CHANGED MY LIFE. I have found life long friends I couldn’t have even imagined having before. Working out has become normal to me and has helped me in other sports. The COMMUNITY of Sundog is like nothing else I have every experienced. Sundog is not a gym, it is family. I promise you, if you start going to Sundog, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!
