This is one of the nicest planet fitness’s I’ve ever been to! I go to planet fitness across the country and this by far is the best! Along with the wonderful and friendly staff. Jordan who works at the front desk goes above and beyond for his members and always makes me feel taken care of.
Would love to see a second location! It's difficult to find times when it's not too busy, and I have friends that don't want to go just due to that. Second location please!
Update: went this AM after a long hiatus and glad I did. Clean, new equipment, and the little black club membership area is all nicer stuff as well. Glad I kept my membership even if I didnt go.plus plenty of machines to choose from so not over crowded
i’ve been A planet fitness member for some time Now, andThis gym has been exceptionally well getting new equipment for its customers to Use. Also, it has been a great experience at this Planet Fitness in Alaska. The gym is good on cleanliness And on getting the machines fixed in a timely manner. It gets a little crowded at times, but being that it is the only one in Fairbanks Alaska. They are maintaining and doing exceptionally well for a gym in Alaska. Keep up the good work and thank you for maintaining and providing a good service.
